How to play NORDKRIM

The first time you log in you meet the guided tour: a step-by-step guide that follows you from page to page. It shows one step at a time, such as committing your first crime, training at the gym and stealing a car, with a button that takes you straight to the right page. The tour moves on by itself when you have done the action, and you can skip a step or stop whenever you like. To take it again later, open “Get started” in the menu under your name.

1. Sign up with Google, Apple or email. You pick your nickname once you are inside.
2. Follow the tour: commit a crime, train at the gym and steal a car.
3. Check in once a day for a reward. Day 1 gives 3,000 kr and 5 respect, and the reward grows each day in a row up to 15,000 kr and 20 respect on day 7.
4. Open Missions for the daily ladder, the mission ladder and the milestones that guide you through the game.
5. From rank Løpegutt, join a gang and play with others.

Kroner (kr) are the in-game currency you earn by playing, and everyone starts with 500,000 kr. Gold is the premium currency. It mostly buys time, style and status, not strength, and there is one exception: the best weapon in the weapon shop can only be bought with Gold. All other equipment is bought with kroner at any rank. You never have to pay: Gold can be bought from other players for kroner on the Gold market, or redeemed with a coupon code. Keep spare cash in the bank, because cash on hand can be robbed if you lose a fight.

You climb the ladder by building Respect, mostly from crimes. Each rank unlocks something new, so you never face everything at once. A locked menu item shows the rank you need. The rank names are the names you will see in the game; the English meaning is in brackets.

After Capo Don come the Legend levels: a new level for every 30,000 respect. Property and the bunker are always available, because protection should never have to wait.

Crimes are what you do most. They pay kroner and respect, and respect takes you up the ranks. Some crimes can be done in every city, and each of the eight cities has its own signature job. Crimes cost adrenaline, which refills by itself over time. When a job goes wrong you are caught and spend a while in prison, and you can try to break other prisoners out. Train strength, defence and reflex at the gym, and precision at the shooting range. These combat stats decide fights. On another player’s profile you can attack them in a fight over several rounds, decided by your stats, protection and weapon. Win and you rob a small part of the cash they carry and gain respect; lose and you end up in hospital.

The world is eight Nordic cities: Oslo, Bergen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Reykjavík and Ålesund. You travel between them under Airport. Gangs share a treasury and fight for control of the cities in sieges that both gangs can join. Founding your own gang opens at rank Torpedo and territory wars at rank Håndhever.

• New players are protected from being killed for their first 14 days, unless they try to kill someone, put out a contract or own a business.
• In your bunker nobody can attack, extort or reach you, though you cannot do anything yourself either.
• After you are beaten in the open, you are protected from all attacks for a while.
• Holiday mode, bought with Gold, makes you unreachable for a period.

You must be 15 or older. NORDKRIM is a fictional game with a mature theme. The casino and lotto use only in-game kroner, with no payout in real money. The game is played in seasons: season 2 began on 18 September 2026, when everyone started again with 500,000 kr.
